YOUR HOSTS
Al & Natalie
Al's family, of Spanish descent, spent generations in colonial Morocco before settling in France, where he was born. Festive food meant Moroccan and Provençal — recipes he still holds close after nearly 35 years in the family kitchen.
Natalie, from Hong Kong, trained as a junior chef at the Westin Shanghai's Italian kitchen before launching the hotel's first award-winning brunch over 20 years ago. Today she is, simply, the hostess with the mostest.
Together they've travelled the Mediterranean extensively — and bring all of it home to one shophouse table in Joo Chiat.
— with love, Al & Natalie
